When we pray “thy will be done”… Do we just say that in resignation thinking that we cannot possibly say or do anything else? Because we have accepted the fact that God is just simply too strong for us and therefore it is useless to even think anything else would happen.
When Jesus gives us the model for the Lord’s prayer, of all parts of all pieces involved in Jesus’s direction and instruction… This particular verse is one of the most important yet one of the most difficult for us.
Join us Sunday as we look into the depths of these powerful words Jesus spoke to us.

The holidays are coming up and we would like to help some families in need. Please help out by donating some food items that will be included in Thanksgiving and Christmas food baskets. To avoid duplications, a signup sheet is hanging on a clip board in Fellowship Hall, to the right of the kitchen. Financial contributions are also welcome and will be used to purchase turkeys for Thanksgiving and hams for Christmas. These can be given to Alyce. Food items can be left in the collection box in the Sanctuary and need to be in no later than Sunday, November 17. Thanks for helping us be the hands of Christ.
