We set the bar very high to deliver to our customers the most reliable, customised, personalised and affordable service. We are flexible and will accommodate our customers whether it is a one-off deep clean or a regular clean, we are flexible and will design the clean to suit your personal needs, your time and your budget.
Our teams at MAID BY THE HOUR are fully vetted, reference checked and insured, they wear a distinctive corporate uniform and arrive in branded vehicles, al in the interest of you security.
At the in-home inspection at which we prepare a written Estimate of Service, a copy of which you receive, our representative will discuss your requirements of the extent and the frequency of each service. We also undertake a one-off service such as is required with a move-in or move-out, or an initial cleaning before we start a regular clean. We are flexible and will accommodate your needs be it a weekly, alternate weeks or even a monthly or one-off clean. We will adjust our schedule and our service to accommodate your time and your budget.
We will endeavour to send the same team of two to your home for every clean so that you can establish a relationship and communicate your needs to your cleaning team. If for any reason a team member is unable to do the service on that day we will send in a replacement until their return.
