Skilled in cognitive behavioral therapy, Mahabir Wellness helps men and women of all ages navigate through major life transitions, including the complex emotional impact of separation and divorce. To determine the best course of action for each of our patients, we take consider their unique background, life experiences, relationships and counseling expectations. We motivate, support and encourage our patients to pursue healthy habits that will improve the quality of their lives through a holistic approach to wellness. Additionally, Gita Mahabir is a Licensed Esthetician, and educates her skin care clients on effective regimens to best meet their needs. She is accomplished in performing procedures that help clients uncover their best skin, including dermaplaning and micro-needling. Working closely with each client through consultation, she helps accentuate their natural beauty across a variety of skin types, skin tones and ages.
