Magwall is a spearhead in the revolutionary building method known as SIPS (Structural Insulated Panel System). This is an alternative building method which is a sandwich structured concept of construction insulation. SIPS can be used with exterior walls, interior load-bearing walls, roofs and floors. There are a variety of materials that could be used for the SIPS insulation process. At Magwall, we utilize the latest knowledge in material science to create the most durable and cost-effective materials, specifically with you in mind. We have replaced traditional SIPS materials, such as oriented strand board (OSB) with a fourth-generation magnesium oxide sheathing (MgO). The MgO used passes third party testing for resistance to potential damage produced from mould, moisture, insects, and fire. Unlike other MgO sheathing, no chloride is found in our MgO.
