MadRat Games is the pioneer in learning games and has created the World’s First Hindi Board Game. Our flagship product Aksharit (~ Hindi Scrabble) has reached 3000 schools in 2 yrs through four state govts and is being used by more than 3 Lakh children. Its younger version, Junior Aksharit helps children above the age of 4, learn Hindi in a fun way. Nokia, Intel and Google have partnered with us in launching the digital versions of Aksharit.



One more winner from the stable, My Toy Factory, helps kids in learning the basics of Science by 'making and breaking toys'. More than 16 new products are in the pipeline to be released by the end of the year.



MadRat Games was founded by a team of 3 IIT grads who realized the need for meaningful and engaging games, which will help in fostering the creative minds of young India.



MadRat Games received two international awards in the form of the Manthan International Award and INK (TED India) Fellow 2011, was invited to speak at Asia's largest Entrepreneurial Summit hosted by TiE, and was featured as a Cover Story in The WEEK magazine's Republic Day edition, apart from India Today, The Hindu, Education World, and the Entrepreneur magazine.
