Mac and Sons Professional Cleaning Services

I’m not one to normally leave reviews, particularly negative ones, but in this incidence I feel compelled to do so. After a significant flood in our utility room, and kitchen, it took 4 months for the drying and redecorating of our house. Those of you who have experienced a flood, and the drying process involved, will understand the amount of dirt & dust that gets around the house. It was a nightmare, particularly during the winter with a young family.
Once the decoration was complete we needed to get a full builders clean, so I contacted Mac & Sons who came over and suggested a full clean & carpet cleaning on top. We agreed a price and Mac & a colleague came over. For the amount it costed, and the 5 hours they were at my house, the standard of the clean was far from acceptable. I contacted Mac via email twice highlighting my concerns and the areas of the house which hadn’t been touched, including the utility & kitchen where the main source of the problem was, and I’ve heard nothing from him.
Mac seems like a really nice guy, but to not answer my issues is completely unacceptable & unprofessional.
