MGR Associates are also BREEAM Domestic Refurbishment licensed assessors. Being firmly construction based we can offer a number of fully bespoke Assessor services.
MGR Associates’ Building Surveys are comprehensive and cost effective. They are more detailed than the standard house buyer’s report. The building surveys can be tailored to suit your needs if required. The final report being some 20 pages plus and takes on average 4/5 hours on site to complete.
