Introduction
MEFC Gym offers a variety of fitness programs, including MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) classes, Weight Loss classes, Self Defense classes, Martial Arts Classes and Brazilian Jujitsu Classes too. In these classes you'll be trained by a former MMA Champion, meaning your training will come from someone who not only has a wealth of knowledge, but the experience in putting it into practice. You'll get into great shape, feel better about yourself, and learn important elements of harnessing your physicality all under the guidance of a champion athlete. Simply put, you can't get this experience at a standard big-box gym. Conveniently located in Phoenix, Arizona on the southeast corner of 16th St. and Bell Rd.
