How My Body Fitness Will Change Your Life!
My Body Fitness is the premier women's fitness studio located in Flower Mound, Texas. Our philosophy is to help women believe in themselves and love the body they're in through exemplary fitness and weight loss services. You deserve to feel like the best version of yourself! We want to walk this journey to fitness with you by offering unmatched personal training and group fitness classes to all women; from those who are just starting their fitness journey to lifelong athletes.
Are you ready for the comfort of a women's-only gym, the feeling of sisterhood and being away from gawking, sometimes annoying men? Are you ready to find your fitness home where you don't have to wear make-up, feel self conscious or worry about judgement? We are that place for you, where you can workout with your sisters and support each other.
If you're sick and tired of paying for expensive gym memberships, only to find the experience empty, generic, and void, you've come to the right place. If you're tired of gyms filled with gym rats, judgement-filled stares, and a complete lack of support, you've come to the right place. If you're tired of failing at fitness because you feel like you're doing it alone, because you don't have a partner, because you just can't do it on your own, you've come to the right place!
