Lurton Marketing was established in 2010 by Van Erickson and his wife of 28 years Nancy. After a long career working in sales leadership positions for several Fortune 500 companies, Van spent the last 13 years working for Avery Dennison (formerly Monarch Marking Systems) as a Regional VP over direct sales and channel partners. While employed at Avery Dennison, Van's leadership was utilized in regions covering 2/3 of the United States and everything west of Ohio. Van's experience covers working with virtually every major retailer, QS restaurant, Fortune 1000 company to small to mid size businesses. Van's leadership experience with Monarch & Avery Dennison while working with customers in the retail and food service industries and his industry relationships made this opportunity to start a business with his wife, too good to pass up. Nancy and Van had always dreamed of working together outside of their home and owning their own business. After 28 years of marriage and three of their four children graduated from college and their youngest just entering college, the time was right.
