Introduction
Lucca Back Bay is a new restaurant from the team that created the hugely successful Lucca restaurant in the North End of Boston. The owners, Ted Kennedy and Brothers Matt and Sean Williams are excited to introduce Lucca to the Back Bay of Boston.
Executive Chef Nate Lawrence is overseeing the kitchen. He has created a true regional Italian Menu focusing on different dishes according to the seasons.
his frequent trips to Italy have taught him the value of the fshest produce and ingredients. the winter menu will feature dishes from Predmont and Lombardy. In the spring and summer months attetntion turns toward the farm fresh produce Massachusetts has to offer.
Umbria and Abruzzo serve as a point of departure for the spring menu, while summer presentations draw on Sicily and Calabria. The inspiration for the fall menu turns to Sardinia and Lazio. Each season will feature homemade breads, authentic pasta dishes, artisanal charcuterie and, of course, wonderful house made desserts.
Chef Ross works closely with the local farmers and the finest purveyors in the Northeast to ensure that nothing but the highest quality enters his kitchen.
