Material: ZL101A, ZL104, A356, A319 etc.
Casting Weight : range from 0.5kgs-50kgs
Technology: precision casting ,sand casting, Metal casting
Surface treatment: sand blast, polishing, painting, powder coating
Machining: cnc machining, lathing, milling, grinding etc.
Quality Control: IATF16949 and ISO9001 system
Applicable Heat Treatment:Normalization , annealing, quenching and tempering, Case Hardening, Nitriding, Carbon Nitriding, Induction Quenching.
