Loula Natural offers one to one in person and online consultations with Louise Kane Buckley our Naturopath and Nutritional Therapist. Group sessions and classes are also available.

A Naturopath will look at you as an individual and as a whole. By observing the bigger picture, to find the root causes of your body's various symptoms. Using natural methods to bring the body, mind and emotions back into balance is very effective for overall well being.

In your session,we will discuss all the body systems, how they are linked and how they all tell a story about what’s going on in your body. These will then be connected to your goals for yourself. I use food as medicine, especially fermented foods, herbs, EFT, Bach Flowers, Reiki, mindfulness techniques, functional body movements and core exercises and practical lifestyle hacks where appropriate.
