First you get on our calendar, then we inspect, before writing up a scope of work, and deliver an estimate to get your project started on the right footing. We guarantee that you will be well informed about the stability of your home’s foundation after we perform our signature 26 point foundation inspection. The report that comes with the signature inspection will provide info on how to fix it, who to call, and when to get it done. Your foundation is just like any other system in the house, it needs to be maintained. There is one thing in common with most of the foundations in Louisiana, they all settle. Maintaining the foundation allows the contractor to make minor adjustments over the seasons to keep your foundation level throughout its lifetime. Most contractors don’t like to do routine maintenance for small homes because their company is too big to break up in small groups and keep daily operations going. Small jobs are a nightmare for house moving companies to handle and this is why I, a retired house mover, have opened Louisiana Foundation Repairs. There is a hole in the foundation repair market and Louisiana Foundation Repairs is here to fill it. Our goal is to provide a professional foundation repair service for residents living in the Acadiana area at a price that they can afford. No excuses, only solutions. You call, we inspect, plan, and execute. Foundation is shored up and you pay. It’s as simple as that.
