Locksmiths Reading 24/7

Their website says they provide 100% satisfaction guarantee and that their locksmiths are uniformed. I have found both to be incorrect from the service I just received. The representative was 10 minutes late, had no uniform, no van - it could have been anybody. They also say on their website that they have affordable locksmith prices but I found the prices to be a complete rip off. The items I had installed would cost £120 from an online shop but these guys charged £270 for the parts and then labour on top of £40.
Also the job was supposed to take an hour and it took 2 hours and I am left with loose handles which were not as loose before the installation of the new locks. My floor was also left soaking wet and there was no attempt from the representative to clean this mess up considering he is overcharging me by over £100.
I am truly unhappy with the service and cost, although the representative seemed a very nice guy and if it weren’t for the rip off prices, could well be a friend, but the service was not as professional as I had hoped and the mark up on the locks was obscene.

There excellent in every way. When I used them yesterday they were punctual, professional, fast, and cheap. Trust me and use them the next time you need a locksmith.

We came back from a trip and didn't have anyway to get in because other people had our keys and didn't leave it under the door. We were pretty desperate. They came out really quickly and were able to get into the house in less than 10 minutes. They even offered to come back and replace the lock at cost with no extra fee. I thought they were really professional and reasonable. We were in a tough spot and they could have gouged us, but they didn't. I would highly recommend them.
