Liz Moore Cooks

Liz Moore is based in Northern Ireland and is well known for her innovative approach to the kitchen. She has been cooking professionally for over 20 years and has developed a huge fan base through her private catering work, her students at Belle Isle Cookery School (which she ran for 9 years) and through her t.v. appearances. Liz has worked with many iconic chefs, Michel Roux Sen; Paul Rankin, Rosemary Shrager, Massimo Capra and Sarah Wiener to name but a few. Liz's style of food could be described as "fine dining" but she produces equally delicious casual food for family dining. She has a love of foraged food and due to her enormous passion for good, local food, Liz has represented Northern Ireland all over the world and has cooked for many impressive and interesting people, most notably, HRH The Queen of England.

CHARITY COOKERY DEMONSTRATIONS
If you like the idea of having a cookery demo in your own home for your friends or to raise money for charity, please get in touch by phone or email. I am happy to do demos country wide. Church halls, theatres, school and large private kitchens all work very well. Think of a theme and I'll put a demo together for a fun morning or evening of cookery entertainment!

PRIVATE CATERING
Liz is available to cook for private dinners and events. She will work with you to develop a menu suited to the event and guest list.

PRIVATE COOKERY LESSONS IN YOUR OWN KITCHEN
If you prefer the idea of cooking in your own kitchen instead of a cookery school or would just like to learn some new techniques, I will come to you for the day instead of the other way around! You can invite up to 4 people to cook with you for the same price as one, and either learn to cook dishes of your own choice or cook from my vast collection of up to date recipes. I will supply ingredients and enough aprons and knives for you and your fellow cooks and any other specialist equipment that we may need. Otherwise, we will use whatever you have in the kitchen and wash-up there too. I can, of course, even bring someone to wash up if you'd prefer.
