Introduction
Living Day Yoga lives and breathes Yoga, we happily guide and teach our students the practices, disciplines, techniques and movements to better their lives. Living Day Yoga is based in Katoomba in the Upper Blue Mountains. We offer classes in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Kids Yoga. We also teach Private Yoga Lessons, Corporate Yoga Lessons, and are available for special Event Bookings and Online Zoom Yoga Classes. We also run Workshops and Retreats. We offer Yoga For Parkinson's Disease Classes, as well. Our wonderful students come from all over the Blue Mountains, as well as Katoomba, Leura, Wentworth Falls, Blackheath, Meadlow bath, Megalong Valley, Ganbenang, Mount Victoria, Mount Wilson, South Bownfels, Lithgow, Clarence, Rydal, Tarana, Marrangaroo, Bilpin, Mount Tomah, Berambing and more.
