I have a 4 week rolling menu but obviously will accommodate for tastes and allergies. £45 per week for Eat Clean pick up from Urmston . £5 supplement for deliveries . You will get 5 Main courses and 5 mixed soups or layered salads . Each designed to be super tasty but aid in fat loss and be highly nutritious . If you don't have the time or the will power let me take the stress of meal prep away for you .
