I love to dance as a dancer and as a teacher. I also teach Yoga and Pilates at YMCA's around town. I'm a lady of many talents so I'm also a certified gemmologist (UK: FGA,DGA with distinction) and jewellery designer, also dance costume designer. I love my pedigree show cats and enjoy showing them, especially if they win at the shows! Their health and well-being is of utmost concern to me (hence I have an emphasis on the best cat food). I am a former medical school professor of Neurobiology (also Histology, Histochemistry, Immunocytochemistry) with research emphasis on Lou Gehrig's disease, and I taught in the USA as well as overseas (Hong Kong). I spent nearly 25 years overseas (Hong Kong, 17.5 years; Thailand 6.5 years) and only recently returned to USA to take care of my widowed mother. My PhD training has served me well for all the health issues I am interested in sharing with you. As a professional Health Coach, I can help you lose weight and stay fit as well.
