I am a Systematic Kinesiologist using muscle testing to find imbalance in the body. The same test can then find out what will help correct it by using emotional, chemical, structural, physical, nutritional, and bio-energetic inputs - thus the treatment is truly holistic in looking at the WHOLE person.

I also am a Reflexologist and do pregnancy/fertility reflexology too.

Natural Face Lift Massage and Reiki and Swedish Massage are also offered to complete your wellness.

Typically my clients seek relief from: gut problems, bowel and bladder issues, skin complaints, headaches and migraines, anxiety and depression, phobias and being "stuck" in life.

I teach Systematic Kinesiology to Certificate level and also do workshops and introductory talks. I am available for free talks and demonstrations at your workplace or in your health/fitness group.

I also teach Facial Rejuvenation Massage which is certificated.

I keep my CPD up to date and belong to the Association of Systematic Kinesiology (Dip.ASK), Federation of Holistic Therapists and have ITEC qualifications in Reflexology and Anatomy/Physiology. I attend numerous Nutritional Therapy workshops and seminars and have a Nutritional Diploma.
