LifeTein, located in South Plainfield, New Jersey, was founded in 2008 with a simple vision: to increase both the quality and understanding of life one protein at a time. This philosophy has formed the foundation of every peptide, antibody, protein, antibody, and chemical project that we have completed for our customers in academia, biotech, agriculture, government institutions, and the pharmaceutical industry.

We offer a wide range of custom services including custom peptide synthesis service, custom antibody service and custom protein expression services. LifeTein routinely uses our proprietary technologies to produce peptides >100 amino acids. The longest peptide we have made to date is 169 amino acids.

LifeTein® is the only peptide manufacturer that offers the PeptideSyn platform in its peptide synthesis services. PeptideSyn technology is optimized to provide a continuous flow of synthesized peptides, while reducing costs and maintaining quality. PeptideSyn enhances the efficiency of synthesis. We also offer our own AdjuBooster adjuvant, which increases immune response and reduces the time required for antibody synthesis.
