Introduction
I am a life coach based in New Zealand and I work with individuals (adult and children), couples or groups using a solution focussed, strengths based approach. I work face to face by appointment or online through Skype/chatroom. I can also work via email. I do resilience coaching as well and am currently working on getting this into regional schools. I am married, have two children and I am a Christian. I am happy to incorporate my Christianity into my coaching and can also do spiritual coaching but I do respect the religious views of my clients so if you would like me to include spirituality in our sessions, then let me know.
