Introduction
Our gym is packed to the rafters with all the latest cardiovascular and resistance equipment and is staffed by our friendly and knowledgeable Fitness Motivators. Furthermore, our 25m, five lane pool hosts our award-winning swimming lesson alongside a whole range of other activities, including fitness sessions, school sessions, casual sessions and aqua aerobics. We also host childrens parties at the centre, giving you and your children all the fun, but without any of the fuss.
