Personal development through traditional martial arts training for kids, children, teens, adults, and families in the Palm Harbor, Florida area. We specialize in helping students develop better habits and thought processes that lead to greater success in school, at home, and at work. Students learn a traditional martial arts system that incorporates the best elements of Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Hapkido, Boxing, and additional skills. We are not a competition-based school and are more of a personal development center than a kicking and punching school.
