Option 3: Property Management only 5%
We will take care of everything for you removing all the stress sometimes associated with renting out property. We will collect the rent on your behalf and quickly pass the balance on to you. We will deal with all tenant queries assessing whether we can deal with the problem ourselves before calling a tradesman thus saving you money.
