Leonard Carson

Len Carson is a Partner of Pearson, Butler & Carson, PLLC. Len worked as a paralegal at a bankruptcy firm for several years before he went to law school and took every bankruptcy class available in law school. Because of his comprehension, proficiency, and understanding of the bankruptcy process, Len earned the Excellence in Bankruptcy Award from the American Bankruptcy Institute during law school. Now, with several years of pre-law experience, and over 12 years of experience as a bankruptcy attorney, Len is the head of the bankruptcy department at Pearson Butler. He leads a very experienced team of bankruptcy professionals that competently and compassionately handle bankruptcy cases and matters for individuals and business alike.
Len started and built several small businesses including a successful real estate title company. Because of his experience in title, Len works in the areas of real estate law and real estate financing. Also, from his combined experience in bankruptcy law and real estate law, Len has experience in the areas of secured transactions, high dollar collections and contracts.
