Introduction
At Le Raj we pioneered the use of natural instead of artificial colours. Each of our chefs is specialised in making traditional cuisine. They have a passionate belief in crafting dishes from their roots, making their own cheese and yogurt and deboning meat, fish and poultry in the right sizes to marry up with the dishes. Every dish is freshly and uniquely prepared from scratch. So, yes you might have a small wait for your food, but it will be worth it!
While food quality comes first, the interior ambience of the restaurant is an important part of the overall experience.
Over the past two decades you, our customers have been encouraging and inspiring us to continue improving, serving a wide range of dishes - some inspired by my mother's cooking back in Bangladesh, which taught me the right chronological order and measure of ingredients to produce the right taste; others by chefs at the royal Moghul courts. All are based on a philosophy of healthy cooking based on traditional methods, using the right measure of farm fresh ingredients to create Le Raj signature dishes.
