Introduction
We’re a family of individual restaurants and our aim is to make everyday dining feel special. Our hunt for new dishes and top quality ingredients takes Ajay, our executive chef and his team far and wide.
They regularly travel throughout France, sampling the cuisine and selecting their favourite dishes to bring back to our bistrots for our customers to enjoy, and lots of hard work goes into sourcing suppliers that can provide us with top quality ingredients to make these dishes delicious.
