RIVER VIEWS/ WILDLIFE EXPERIENCE: The boutique B&B / apartment is right on the South Esk River, 15 mins into the centre of Launceston, ideal for holiday makers / corporate between 1 - 4 people travelling together. Wildlife visit the retreat, video cameras with infrared lights have been placed discreetly in the garden to capture the wildlife antics, this footage is streamed live onto the guests TV in their lounge.
Full breakfast provisions are provided.The retreat is one whole floor and booked as sole use it comprises two queen bedrooms, lounge, huge balcony all with great river views, kitchenette/laundry, bathroom, private entrance and undercover BBQ. Enjoy the bush walk to the river with direct access from the retreat. Rest, relax and enjoy the magnificent stars from your private balcony, listen to the birds and watch the bush animals that come into the back yard at night. Bring your own kayak and enjoy the river. Ideal location to base yourself and explore the north of the state. So many things to do within an hours drive.
