Introduction
San Diego's Premier Outpatient Rehab Center! We are in our 15th year of treating individuals and their families who are struggling with alcohol, drug and mental health problems. We are IN-NETWORK with 23 different insurance companies for low or zero out of pocket expenses.
Our team of counselors has been here for 8-9 years, including our Medical Director, an addiction specialist.
CARF Accredited for excellence in our half and full day programs since 2010 we provide evidence based treatment, including medically assisted treatment.
We provide full day treatment programs that include substance abuse and mental health treatment incorporating DBT Skills, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy.

Kepro Certified for UBH/ Military/ Substance Abuse Treatment for family members and retirees
Jan 2013 - Awarded CARF Accreditation for Integrated Addiction/Mental Health. We provide psychological, and scientific eduction, yoga, 12 step. We see the light in each person and help them to see, what we see.
We work with individuals and families and offer hope for a healthy recovery and a promising future. We coordinate care with psychiatrists, therapists, psychologists, family and primary care physicians, facilities, attorneys, EAP's, universities and diversion boards through confidential, professional assistance.

Dr. Saalinger, co-founder is a licensed marriage and family therapist and addiction specialist with over 30 years experience in the addiction/mental health field, helping people just like you. Every day, she and her warm and caring licensed and certified clinical and medical staff at Lasting Recovery help individuals and families just like yours, recover from the effects of chemical abuse and dependency. Whether you have become dependent on alcohol, prescription drugs such as opiates, stimulants or anti-anxiety drugs, marijuana, heroin, cocaine or methamphetamine, we are the clinical team that will help you to overcome these debilitating dependencies and restore hope for your future.
