Today, following many years of Moor, Berber and European influence, the range of ingredients has become more varied and tapas has become an exotic, versatile and popular way to enjoy a meal.
Tapas are ideal for sharing amongst friends and it is customery for a group to order a selection of dishes to be served throughout the meal until diners' appetites are satisfied. For the uninitiated, we recommend that two to three tapas per person are ordered for a main meal.
