Lesley Anne Rubenstein-Pessok
Managing Director
Lesley has spent all of her career working with innovation and technology-led start-ups and SMEs, helping them to go from idea to commercialisation, and/or to grow. She has established and managed, as a Managing Director or Chief Executive, three organisations, raising public and private funds to do so; she led the privatisation of one of these organisations.
In recent years she set up her own companies to work in business development, coaching, consulting, advising and mentoring local and overseas clients in several industrial sectors, including medical, fintech, regtech, electronics, large format printing, LED lighting and drivers, travel, hospitality, software and apps. She has been fully hands-on where necessary.
Education includes two Master’s degrees (Medical Sciences and Management) and an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences, and electronics technician training.
