Introduction
We are the Master Franchisee of L & L Hawaiian Barbecue in New Zealand. Our business is hospitality and we specializes in Barbecue, Japanese and American fusion.
Our barbecue meals are served with macaroni salad and we only use Hellmans Best Foods Mayonnaise.
However, we have healthy choice meals, low carb and high GI for those who seek to a healthier living.
Families come with their children and we have packaging for our 'Keiki' (children) and meals specially prepared for them and to keep them company, we even have games on the sleeves.
For those who want the oriental servings, we also serve our meals in bowls.
We serve, chicken, beef ribs, beef steaks and fish. Slowly but steadily, our menu is expanding and we will be adding pork and lamb.
Our Hamburgers are made in house with our special recipe, love at first bite. Our 1/4 pounder is bigger than a normal quarter pounder. Though we do not specialise in hamburgers, we sell a bit of them in our store. Our Hawaiian hamburger is a big hit!
A restaurant in New Zealand without Fish and Chips menu would sound odd. Yes, we have Hoki fish and chips... double Hoki pieces battered to your liking!
We work hard and play hard at the same time and are passionate about our branding and menu. The dishes are cook from our heart, cook for ourselves but served to you with pride.
There are 200 franchisees and growing in most of the major cities in the United States of America, from Hawaii in the Pacific to Alaska in the North, East in New York to the West in California. It has widen its franchise to Japan, America Samoa, China and now back in New Zealand.
