Kripis Studio Paliouri ( Chalkidiki ,Greece )
PALIOURI APARTMENTS FOR RENT
The Studio Kripis is located in the most beautiful point of Paliouri, next to the chapel of St. Nektarios. Only 150 meters from the center of the village, you have your Patisserie, supermarket, bakery, restaurants ,doctor,pharmacy and everything you need.
The apartments are spacious and can accommodate families or groups of 4-5 people.
They have organized kitchens with refrigerator and stove. Also big balcony with see view, air-conditioning and TV .
Only five minutes drive to the sea ( 2,5 km) of Glarokambos,Xenia ,Beach Bar Blue fish and Kanistro.
Also in 9km you can find Pefkohori and in 11 km Chanioti.
There are two apartments on the first floor and two in the ground floor.
All the apartments are 50 sq m.
They have one separate room for 2 people ,and a big living room for 2-3 people.
Big balconies with view for the first floor and garden with view for the ground floor.
Also you can use the garden.
In the area there is no problem with parking.
We rend the apartments for the months :June, July,August and September.
Minimum stay 2 weeks.
Paliouri -The area
A quiet, traditional village, close to Pefkochori and Chanioti, next to the most beautiful beaches of Chalkidiki; it is situated at the most southern edge of the piney peninsula of Kassandra, in Chalkidiki. It is 120km far from Thessaloniki and 100km far from Macedonia Airport. It is built on a hillock amphitheatrically over Toroneos Gulf, surrounded by a pinewood with mild slopes that one can walk or cross by mountain bike.
Within 5-minute drive, you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Chalkidiki, Chrousso Bay with Xenia,Beach Bar Blue fish, Glarokavos, and the more remote beaches towards Cape Kanastreo. The sea area of Paliouri is suitable for diving, fishing and aquatic sports. In the summertime, a number of sea trips to the other beaches of Chalkidiki and Mount Athos are organized.
The village has full restaurant services, a super market, a butcher’s shop, a fish shop, a bakery, and several traditional tavernas. There is also a community clinic and a pharmacy. At a 9-km distance from Paliouri, you can visit the cosmopolitan village of Pefkochori, which offers nightlife and entertainment, several consulting rooms and many services.
