SYSTOMONAS follows the concept of systems biology through a wide range of information: protein, gene and homolog data, metabolome experiment results as well as metabolic networks expanded with gene regulatory networks. Several visualization and analysis options are available or linked, which enable a quick understanding of metabolic pathways, genetic neighbors or other transcription binding sites. Here we concentrate on the data integration for the biotechnologically and medically relevant bacterial group pseudomonads, in particular Pseudomonas aeruginosa, an opportunistic human pathogen
