Introduction
KIWAMI strives to provide the art of Asian cuisine in Austin. We specialize in ramen, otherwise known as the “soul food†of Japan. This dish consists of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in a pork or chicken based broth with a variety of additional toppings. Our broth is slowly brewed for up to 12 hours, allowing all the goodness from the ingredients to emulsify into every drop.
