Introduction
Dr. Joseph Kirk grew up in the Mattoon, IL area. After serving in the US Navy, Dr. Kirk completed his Bachelor’s Science Degree. Dr. Kirk’s internship lead him back to the military at Scott Air Force Base in Belleville, IL where he treated hundreds of active duty service men and women with a variety of conditions allowing them to return back to work and continue to serve our country.
