Foie gras is undoubtedly France's most controversial delicacy but King’s always ascertains that the birds enjoy excellent rearing conditions and sources its foie gras from Georges Bruck, a traditional family-run foie gras business established in 1852 in Strasbourg. Georges Bruck also produces a superb range of truffles and truffle juice, a real gastronomic treat! All truffles used in Georges Bruck’s foie gras are the finest in the world and are sourced from Périgord, France.
