Jillian Rash

Mrs. Rash is an associate with the Khonsari Law Group. Mrs. Rash has experience primarily in civil law and joined the firm with the same ideals as Mr. Khonsari, to personally assist clients and work towards a positive resolution of their case. Mrs. Rash has used her skills and experience to successfully handle and resolve multiple personal injury cases on behalf of our clients. Mrs. Rash prides herself in assisting clients to achieve their desired results through constant communication with the client and hard work.
Mrs. Rash was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. After graduating from Tampa Preparatory High School, Mrs. Rash attended Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. While at Rollins, Mrs. Rash majored in English and minored in Communication. Mrs. Rash was a member of the English Honor Society, Sigma Tau Delta, as well as the Chi Omega Sorority.
Upon graduation, Mrs. Rash attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. While at St. Thomas, Mrs. Rash clerked for the Honorable Judge Herbert Baumann of the 13th Judicial Circuit. She also interned at the Children’s Advocacy Program of Legal Aid Services in Broward County. While there, she assisted the lead attorney in implementing Broward County’s guardian advocate program. After law school, Mrs. Rash worked for a small personal injury and criminal firm located in Tampa, Florida. Mrs. Rash gained a great amount of experience, handling all of the civil and personal injury matters from inception to settlement. Mrs. Rash also assisted in criminal matters, helping to prepare and research cases.
Upon joining Khonsari Law Group, Mrs. Rash has focused primarily on civil and personal injury matters. Mrs. Rash has handled numerous auto accident cases involving serious and permanent bodily injuries. Mrs. Rash has also administered and negotiated numerous products liability cases involving faulty Smith & Nephew and DePuy hip systems. Mrs. Rash’s experience also extends to cases involving premises liability and medical malpractice.
Mrs. Rash is active within the St. Thomas Law School Alumni Association and is a supporter of the Humane Society of Tampa Bay.
