The use of body worn video cameras not only supports our security officer in the implementation of their duties, it also enables customers to review the service provided.

In addition to the body worn video cameras we also provide our RFID patrol tag system which is a fully supported web hosted system. The system not only records the time of a patrol but also alerts our control room of late or incomplete patrols enabling our controllers to be pro-active and contact the officer.

Our officer can also interact with the control room through either the call me function should they require assistance as well as a panic alarm function should our officer be under duress.

Customers can also log in and review details of patrols carried out in real time.
