Family-friendly classes in the traditional Japanese martial art of Ju-Jitsu. We cater for adults and children of all fitness levels, 7-65. Come along to a class and give it a try!
We provide expert martial arts training to children and adults (age 7-65) in Maidenhead, Marlow and High Wycombe. Regular Ju-Jitsu training builds confidence, improves fitness, focus and concentration, and imparts valuable self-defence skills. Children will learn important social skills and self-control as they work together and progress through our syllabus.
Our adult students enjoy the breadth and depth of the ju-jitsu syllabus, setting and achieving personal goals, all whilst getting fitter, losing weight, and making new friends.
