Being property investors ourselves, we know how important property management is!
We had difficulty finding an agency that:
- Cared about our portfolio as much as we did

OUR HISTORY
KPA Property Management is part of The Key Group of companies; a group of family-run businesses that have been operating since 1948.
We have a customer-centric, honesty first, approach to business, which has fostered many happy customer relationships over the years.
Our aim is to provide a truly passive property management experience for every landlord we work with, without compromise. A Landlord’s property is their biggest asset and, as Property Investors ourselves, we are perfectly placed to appreciate exactly what being entrusted with it means; its protection and finding good quality, happy tenants, to live in and call it home, is of paramount importance to us.
