Just Fit is a unique fitness center featuring some of Charlotte's best personal trainers. Our new 5,500 square foot studio featuring state of the art exercise equipment is the perfect environment for one-on-one personal training, group training (3-6 people), seasonal boot camp training, athletic sports specific training, and Les Mills group fitness classes.These days it's not enough to have the best personal trainers and fitness programs. Fitness requires a truly unique fitness center that utilizes cutting edge technology and offers an inspiring ambiance to fuel your fitness fire, and help you achieve your personal fitness goals. At our gym, our specially designed exercise programs taught by our highly skilled and experience personal trainers range in intensity. We offer fitness classes that focus on the body's flow, such as a 55 minute tai chi and pilates inspired yoga class. We also offer a 60 minute intensive fat burning, muscle building, body pump class. There's a class and a starting point for everyone, and if classes aren't your thing, our personal trainers will work directly with you (designing a customized workout) to help you achieve the body of your dreams.We're more than just a gym.
