Jayprakash Somani

Adv. Jayprakash Bansilal Somani is a supreme court advocate. He started his practice in 1989. In the initial years, he used to practice at District Courts and Taluka. He also has a strong interest in international trade and in the view of the fact he got his MBA degree in foreign trade. From 2006 he began his lawful practice in Custom Excise Service Tax Appellate Tribunal Mumbai as an appellate lawyer. After few years he began his training in the High Court of Bombay and became a member of the Bombay Bar Association at Mumbai high court. Currently, he is practicing at the Supreme Court of India, New Delhi. He has good experience in Corporate, Insolvency, Tax, Civil, Foreign Trade Policy, Customs, Criminal, Bail related matters. He has a great network in his community of experienced lawyers, senior advocates, AORs in the Supreme Court of India.

Due to his great work, he has been appreciated and awarded by various TV channels and Institutions. To mention a few, he has been awarded at Priyadarshani Indira Gandhi Awards in Delhi in 2015 for his National Contribution. Also, he has been acknowledged with the Global Achievers Award for Educational & Social Work at Dubai. He is also a motivational speaker and contributes to Akhil Bharatvarshiya Maheshwari Mahasabha, Bharatiya Jain Sanghatana, and many Management & Engineering Colleges in Pune & Mumbai.

In 2006 he also began training business owners and entrepreneurs about Import Export Management with global marketing. He has organized training workshops in cities across India to name a few, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Pune, Bangalore, Nagpur, Ahmedabad. His training workshops aim to give upliftment to Indian exporters and boost the country's economy.
