The standard of work was very good but at the end I was ripped off. Jay asked for full payment so he could buy materials and then never returned to compete the work. He said he had a personal crisis and would have his workman complete the job, that never happened. After phoning him he made a date and time but never turned up, we re arranged our weekend for this. Do not pay this man any money in advance, I am out of packet $600 in materials plus labour.
