The Javan Restaurant was established in 1986 on the Westside of Los Angeles, California. The Persian Cuisine it offers is an authentic and delicate blend of featured dishes that represent the diversity of the provinces of Iran, each with their distinct and unique culinary traditions, flavors and food styles. It includes a wide variety of food and a diverse variety of salads, pastries, and drinks specific to different parts of Iran. Each recipe and the preparation of every dish in the kitchens of Javan is the result of first quality Meats, Fish and Foul delicately balanced and mixed with herbs, spices, nuts and Persian flavorings such as saffron, dried limes, cinnamon and parsley to make each mouth watering dish a unique addition to a royal banquet. Our chefs prepare each item on our extensive menu to promote healthy and nutritional eating without sacrificing flavor and taste.

The Javan Restaurant is conveniently located a few short miles from the Sun, Sea, Surf and the Sandy beaches of Santa Monica and Venice all within a stone's throw from the shining cities of Beverly Hills and the grand estates of Belair.

The Management and Staff of the Javan Restaurant have for the past 26 years worked together harmoniously to create an ambiance, a mood and a level of customer service that bring overseas visitors and local patrons alike to partake of the great cuisine of Persia. We hear time and again from our customers that every other Persian Restaurant in the United States, Europe and even in Iran come a distant second to the great lunch and dining experience offered at the Javan Restaurant ' seven days a week.
