Who we are

Jacobs Lofts is a local, family-run business based in Rustington, West Sussex. Founded and managed by Luke Jacobs, we offer custom loft conversions throughout Sussex and surrounding counties Hampshire, Surrey and Kent.

With over 15 years’ experience, we’ve built a reliable business you can trust and only deliver a first-class finish.

From design concepts and plans, through to build and completion, our experienced team are with you every step of the way.

What we do

We work on a variety of homes including terraced, semi-detached and town houses, and specialise in bungalow loft conversions - visualising the potential in your property and developing the space to your needs.

With a creative approach, we maximise every opportunity delivering an enhanced property and living space – on time and on budget.

Once we’ve discussed how you want to use the available space, we’ll provide an estimate based on accurate measurements following a site visit. We’re honest – if a loft conversion is not feasible or appropriate for the property, we’ll tell you.

We work closely with you the homeowner to realise your dreams for your property. As a small business, we recognise the need for dedication, collaboration and reliability, and work with a team of specialists chosen for your project for their expertise and skill.
