The team at JSB is made up of highly experienced Arborists and Tree Surgeons that maintain our company ethos and install this culture into new staff as we grow. As well as this, our successful trainee scheme allows us to bring on and develop future employees and this helps us to install these important values very early on in their career.
We take staff development very seriously to help maintain our high standards, which is why we provide regular on the job and offsite training with all our team members.

JSB Tree Surgery processes the leaves, twigs, and branches through a wood chipper, this material is then sent to companies that process and recycle it. Larger material is into split logs which are stored for more than 12 months before being sold
