JMD Partners is a full service contingency based staffing agency located in Midtown Manhattan. We specialize in placing IT Professionals on a full time permanent & also temporary consulting basis. Our area of operation is the New York Metro Area. We have a dedicated team of recruiters, account managers, & back office staff that work together to make JMD Partners a well known & respected staffing organization in the New York City area.

JMD Partners was founded in 2004 by Alex Dubovoy. Alex had many years of experience in the staffing agency but always knew that there was a better way to do business than the “norm”. While most agencies played the numbers game, by sending any resume possible with the correct buzzwords, our vision was a different one. We believe that people hire people, not resumes or buzzwords. In a short sentence that is the JMD difference. Alex still manages operations, sales, & recruitment as the President of the company, & is always available for a business call, or just a chat about current market conditions & trends. Once the organization was built & the right staff was put in place, JMD Partners saw immediate success with this business model. While other agencies barely knew the clients or candidates personally, we took the time to really understand our clients needs & our candidates. While many firms only communicate via email & sometimes Skype, we take the time to get to know our clients & understand how their organization operates. We sometimes request onsite visits to really get a feel for the workspace, but most importantly, we listen. We believe in quality of submissions not quantity. For our clients, our role is simple.
