Italian World offers genuine hand made and hand painted Italian products for sale, including Venetian masks, Murano glass, Capodimonte porcelain, and Italian ceramics and glassware in popular colours and designs. Ellen has been visiting Italy for many years, collecting hand-made pieces of home décor, art and gifts for personal use. With friends and family asking where they might buy similar items, she realised that in fact, no-where in the UK imported these delicate artist pieces and so Italian World was born. It started as a small concession within an art gallery, displaying the hand-crafted items that she had collected on her many travels to Italy. Each piece comes with a story of the craftsmen who create it, many of whom she knows well and who often make special Italian World branded pieces for her shop. Italian World now has a busy shop in Llandudno, North Wales, and a thriving website where visitors from all over the world purchase unique and special gifts from the best Italian workshops and master craftsmen. We are always expanding on our choice of products, seeking out new and original pieces that stand out from the crowd.
